Remote Support

We will only ask you to access remote support while you are on the phone with us. Each session uses a unique access code.

If Your Call Is Not Answered

Our Helpdesk uses voicemail so you are not left on hold for long periods. Some calls can be resolved quickly, while others require more detailed investigation.

If we are unavailable, please leave a voicemail with:

  • your name
  • your workplace
  • the best number to call you back
  • a brief description of your issue

Priority Payroll and Timesheet Issues

If you are experiencing significant issues with payroll or timesheet exports, please call Helpdesk immediately.

If your call is not answered, please select Option 2 when prompted to leave a priority voicemail.
