This guide explains what managers can do in the mobile app. Each section below is a focused article for one manager task.
Before you start
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Manager access enabled for your account.
- Your login details.
- Access to the sites, teams, or employees you are responsible for.

Notes about the current app build
Some parts of the app currently behave like a prototype or demo. Some actions may show a success message before full backend sync is available.

Treat confirmation messages as workflow feedback unless your admin confirms the change is synced.

Team Status
Monitor who is clocked in, clocked out, or on leave, and review attendance details by employee.
Team Roster
Review roster periods, manage day rosters, update shifts, and republish changes to employees.
Timesheets
Review timesheet periods, update daily entries, and finalise or unfinalise days in mobile.
Shift Replacement
Review manager-required shift replacement requests, approve or decline requests, and assign replacements.
