Mobile App

The Wageloch Mobile App helps staff and managers handle everyday roster and request tasks on mobile.

It provides quick access to rosters, requests, shift swaps, and notifications.

What you can use the app for

  • View roster information on mobile devices.
  • Submit leave requests (when enabled in portal settings).
  • Submit availability or unavailability requests (when enabled).
  • Request and process shift swaps through manager approval.
  • Receive push notifications for selected actions, such as swap offers.

Visible features depend on Portal Setup settings and assigned permissions.

Manager and portal admin capabilities

When configured in Portal Setup, managers or portal admins can:

  • Review and action shift swap requests.
  • Receive swap request notifications by push and/or email.
  • Use clock time alerts to track late clock-ins and clock-outs for rostered shifts.

TIP

Clock time alerts rely on rostered shifts. If a shift is not rostered, alert logic may not trigger.

Setup dependencies

Mobile app behaviour is configured in Portal Setup.

In Portal Setup, you can choose:

  • Which request types staff can submit.
  • What roster details staff can see.
  • Who receives request and alert notifications.
  • Shift swap request and approval behaviour.
