Staff Portal gives employees self-service access to key Wageloch information through a web browser. It reduces routine back-and-forth by letting staff check key details and complete common actions themselves.

Teams can view rosters, manage shift actions, and stay up to date without relying on managers for every request. For workflows on the go, see the Mobile App.

Self-Service Access Staff can view rosters, timesheets, and leave balances, and track changes to upcoming shifts.

Requests and Schedule Actions Employees can submit leave, update availability, and manage approved shift-related actions such as swaps.
